The Well Design Engineer will have proven track record in utilizing data analytics to enhance drilling productivity. Advanced proficiency in drilling operations, including onshore convetionals/unconventionals, offshore shelf and deepwater, HPHT, and application to Casing/Tubular Design, BHA components, well planning, mud and cement systems, rig controls, and downhole conditions. Extensive experience in drilling engineering and operations, with thorough expertise in well design, drill string dynamics, and drilling mechanics. Skilled in utilizing diverse drilling software, such as Landmark, TDAS or similar and versed in Hydraulics, T&D, Trajectory, and Tubular Design applications.
Well Site Supervisor

The Well Site Supervisor will manage all field activities for the drilling and completion of wells, well workovers, and disposal well cleanouts. Drilling and completion projects include drilling conventional, horizontal, and directional CO2 storage wells, Waste disposal wells. The supervisor will be responsible for managing subcontractors, scheduling work, job execution and job safety. He reports job progress and estimated field costs . The responsibilities of the Well Site Supervisor also include but are not limited to the following: provide operational and HSE leadership, ensure safe execution of the well program (daily plans of actions, dual barriers), ensure wellsite regulatory compliance, act as key liaison with main office engineering team for operation optimization (lessons learned, after actions reviews), effective communication and contractor management.
